Will I need to walk outside my hotel for an Uber pickup?
Some hotels and gated resorts restrict Uber pickups. For a ride starting at those properties, you may need to walk outside the grounds to the main road or another designated pickup point. The location depends on the property’s rules. CaboTaxi has the transportation permits required for our service and coordinates pickup at your hotel lobby, confirming access and the meeting point with the property before your ride.
Where do I meet my driver at SJD Airport?
Your confirmation includes the current arrival instructions and meeting details for your terminal. Follow those instructions rather than accepting transportation offers inside the airport.
